Metropolitan Museum of Art, Louis C. Tiffany Clematis Oblong Silk Scarf
This splendid scarf design was adapted from the Clematis floor lamp, made by Tiffany Studios about 1900–1906. The lamp's cone-shaped shade depicts blue clematis flowers in full bloom, with the flower petals and leaves rendered in colorful mottled and rippled glass.
