Edinburgh Honey Co., for this infusion, uses their own Rapeseed honey from Longniddry near Edinburgh -- one of the first major food sources for bees and a very important aspect of a good start of the beekeeping season.

This honey is also known to help with hey fever in the spring as it is rich in pollen. The best thing to do is start your hey fever curation a few months in advance to allow your immune system to get used to pollen.
