Frantoi Cutrera, Arrabiata Sauce (Cutrera Sugo All’Arrabbiata), 10.9 Oz
Another new favorite from Frantoi Cutrera in Sicily. Spicy, but not too much, prepared with premium Sicilian ingredients, this Sugo All’Arrabbiata tomato sauce is a spicy blend of fresh pomodoro tomatoes, Italian red chili peppers, and other Sicilian ingredients rigorously chosen for their excellent quality.

With just the right amount of spice, this gourmet sauce will liven up any pasta dish.

Where & How to Best Serve?
Long stranded pasta such as spaghetti or linguine would be traditional selections. Don’t forget to add a drizzle of olive oil to finish. This is also perfect with a baked rigatoni with mozzarella or caciocavallo cheese.

Toward the end of cooking the pasta, reserve some pasta water. Heat the Sugo for two minutes and combine with the cooked pasta. When stirring the sauce, add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water to aid in the melding of pasta and sauce.

Why are these sauces so special?
Frantoi Cutrera sauces are a celebration of a culinary tradition rooted in passion and history. Each pot is a laboratory of taste, where local ingredients, such as sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, blend to create rich and enveloping sauces. Sicily, with its richness of Mediterranean aromas, expresses itself fully in every spoonful. Their sauces transport the aromas of the island directly to your table, bringing a piece of Sicily to your plate.
