All these cookies are handcrafted by the Master Pastry Chefs at La Sablésienne biscuiterie who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and eggs from hens raised in the open air and are free from colours, preservatives and additives.

These Petits Sablés are handcrafted by La Sablésienne's pastry chefs using the family recipe that has been handed down through the generations since 1670 in Sablé in the west of France.
