Mount Mansfield Maple of Vermont partnered with a small craft distillery to combine two passions: Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits. As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.

This sample set allows you to try three of Mount Mansfield's most popular flavors: Bourbon, Rye and Gin. Enjoy a true partnership of flavors.

Bourbon Barrel - Initially, you will experience the pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel.  This is quickly softened by the rich silky sweet smoothness of select pure Vermont maple syrup. 

Gin Barrel - This syrup has a history.  We've aged it in barrels that were previously used for aging gin, and before that, bourbon.  It has been touched by two spirits and while the kiss from bourbon is subtle, the gin engages, imparting it's lovely tones of fennel, spice and juniper.

Rye Barrel - Two great American traditions unite as organic pure Vermont maple syrup is aged in craft distillery rye whiskey barrels. The sweet tones of maple are married with the heartiness of rye and corn to become a new tradition of its own.

Sampler pack is also available in 50 ml infused-maple syrup (cinnamon stick, coffee bean, and vanilla bean.)
