MacKays Bowmore 12 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky Marmalade
This single malt whisky orange marmalade is a refreshing and delicious coarse (thick) cut marmalade made with fresh oranges and blended with 12 year old Bowmore Islay Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky.
It is prepared in traditional copper pans by Mrs Bridges (Mackays) and then blended with a touch of Bowmore 12yr old single malt whiskey. In order to produce a full flavored marmalade, the Bowmore scotch whisky is added after the boiling process is complete.
