This Norma Tomato Sauce has a smooth texture that alternates with small eggplants chunks and is characterized by a sweet tomato flavor with spicy hints. The sauce contains no preservatives and dyes.

About Frantoi Cultrera and the Secret Sauces of Sicily
Started in 1906, the Cultrera family started as managers of olive oil mills and land dedicating themselves to the pressing of olives with stone millestones, presses, with the help of mules.  In 1979, the family expanded their olive oil business by making their olive oil mill available to small producers of olives in the area.  Today, they are renowned for producing  one of the highest quality sauces and olive oils in all of Italy, receiving the most awards of any olive oil producer in Italy.
