The Organic Ready Cherry Tomato Sauce is the result of a traditional and tasty recipe that was born from the union of a delicately fried onion from Giarratana, particularly sweet, with the best cherry tomatoes ripened in the warm sun of Sicily.

All ready to use, just heat and serve. This sauce has a deliciously intense red color and tomato aroma with a velvety texture. The sauce features a velvety texture, and a naturally sweet flavor, slightly flavored with Sicilian basil and onion from Giarratana.

Started in 1906, the Cultrera family started as managers of olive oil mills and land dedicating themselves to the pressing of olives with stone millestones, presses, with the help of mules.  In 1979, the family expanded their olive oil business by making their olive oil mill available to small producers of olives in the area.  Today, they are renowned for producing  one of the highest quality sauces and olive oils in all of Italy, receiving the most awards of any olive oil producer in Italy.

Frantoi Cutrera cherry tomatoes are harvested exclusively in south-eastern Sicily, their chosen area. Their sweet and tasty flavor is concentrated in this sauce prepared according to the tradition of Sicilian summer preserves.

Where to Use
Perfect on pasta (tagliatelle and spaghetti n.3). Also excellent for seasoning pizza, side dishes, meat or fish main courses.
