All natural blends of dried fruits, nuts, herbs & spices:  all easy to prepare, just place on top of a round of brie or camembert cheese, bake in the oven and serve with crusty artisan bread.

  • Apple & Pecan Topping - A classic combination Apples, Pecans, with a touch of cinnamon. This topping makes it easy to serve a tasty baked brie or camembert soft cheese at home impressing your family.  Delightful year round, especially in the fall and winter months.  Each box holds 1.3 oz.
  • Maple Walnut Topping - A delightful blend of sweet maple sugar coupled with the texture and taste of walnuts makes this a favorite. Each box holds 1.8 oz.

  • Cranberry & Almond Topping - Gourmet du Village's original recipe, ready to use - always a classic and favorite.  Bake and enjoy the delicate flavors as they combine in every mouthful.

  • Pecan & Brown Sugar Topping - Whip up your favorite sweet baked brie appetizer or snack with this scrumptious brown sugar and pecan topping to satisfy your sweet tooth.  Each box holds 1.5 oz.

  • Fig & Pistachio Topping - The sweet distinct taste of Figs and the salty nutty flavor of Pistachios. Fig & Pistachio sweetened with a little brown sugar make for a perfect, easy to make Baked Brie topping. 

  • Apricot & Jalapeno Brie Topping - The combination of sweet apricots and spicy red jalapeños combine beautifully with warm melted Brie or Camembert cheese. 

Gourmet du Village covered brie / camembert ceramic dishes are available in red and white - listed separately.  Equally, any Pillivuyt France or standard small oven baking dish will work.   Also available with a skillet as a kit.

Easy to follow directions in both English and French.
