About Le Petit Duc
"Little sugar, natural and simple ingredients". This is their philosophy, symbol of the past, present and future. Their mission is to revive the specialties of yesteryear to reintroduce sweet treasures full of history. Located a stone's throw from the house of the famous Nostradamus, this traditional pastry shop has established itself over time as an institution for all Saint-Rémois by adopting the codes of the original recipe for Calissons, rich in almonds, very little sugar and extremely soft, which have today become the signature of its house.
