This exquisite organic EVOO is made from several Spanish olive varieties, among them picual, hojiblanca, lucio, and loaime. 

These olive trees of Granada are set between the Mediterranean Sea, are fed by the clean air of Sierra Nevada and the tropical zone, enjoying a unique ecosystem in the world.  The result is an oil with an intense fruitiness, that is slightly bitter and spicy on the palate. Certified organic by S.C. CAAE.
