This is a complex and delicate flavor at the same time. This vinaigrette combines the sweetness of fig, a rich aroma of walnut oil, a slight acidity of walnut vinegar with a touch of the Savagnin's grape “yellow taste”.

A perfect seasoning for all salads, to break the bitterness of chicory and also to accompany terrine or foie gras.
